Seasonal-Affective-Disorder

Updated: Jun 24, 2018

As if in Winter, I freeze in time.

I am a fickle being -temperamental in design.

The sun releases my soul; With the heat I let myself grow.

Chills pause my reach. I no longer feel deep. Just cold; still. Unable to move, Unable to sleep.

Season by season, Discovering of self, New feelings, New reasons.

A coaster of up and down. Stone cold to unearthing things unfound. Warm then hot, I fall with Fall to a temperature drop.

I’m ice. I’m hard. I feel hallow. I feel far – from any sense of my self. I just want this ice to melt.
